How Do I Qualify?
Owners of one to four-unit properties, self-occupied or rental, can apply. You cannot be behind on your real estate taxes or any property related payments, including repairs and remodeling. If you rent out your property, you will need to provide your rental agreement(s) for the last 12 months. All pre-approvals for the properties in the zip codes displayed on the HomeBrik Values page will be completed within 48 hrs. For all other San Jose zip codes, we will provide pre-approvals within seven days.
You need to fill up and sign the HomeBrik Application, provide property pictures inside and outside provide pictures have to truthfully represent the current property conditions and answer questions regarding your property, if any.
For the final approval and to receive the financing you will need to provide a recent home inspection report and a credit report, neither no more than three months old.
