Accredited Investors - High-net-worth individuals and businesses who are allowed to invest in higher-risk transactions. They are entitled to such privileged access if they satisfy one (or more) requirements regarding income, net worth, asset size, governance status, or professional experience. Home Equity - The difference between the fair market value of your house and the amount you owe on the property mortgage and other liens.

HomeBrik Value - HomeBrik Value is an estimate of the maximum realistic property value of a property, with and without improvements, and its rental income potential. Profit Participation Method (PPM) - PPM is an approach to investment that allows passive investors to profit from an injection of capital into residential one to four-unit real estate.
